Facilitator – Ojahan

Ojahan Manumpak Oppusunggu is a project management and technical leader with extensive experience in hotel development, asset management, and large-scale construction projects. He currently serves as Director of Technical and Technology at Artotel Group, where he leads engineering, technical operations, and technology strategy across the group’s hospitality portfolio.

Previously, he played a key role in building Topotels Hotels & Resorts from a startup into a regional hotel management company operating in three countries, and served as Project Director for multiple major hotel developments. His career also includes senior roles at Accor, Patra Jasa, and leading construction contractors, with project exposure spanning hotels, infrastructure, commercial buildings, and mixed-use developments.

He holds senior professional certifications in project management and engineering, including ASEAN Engineer status, and completed an Executive Doctoral Program in Strategic Management. He is also the author of a published book on hotel business success.
