What is most influence factor that drive a company or an organization to run according to strategic planning?

Have you ever thought about it? Many opinions from management experts say that there are many factors and one of them said: Trust, Decisiveness, Competition, Records, Networks, Risk, Patience and Optimism – by Harvey Mackay | Contributing Writer | Austin Business Journal

I have a different perspective or understanding, for me the very influential or dominant factor is Corporate Culture, why is that so?

Let see the picture below and try to understand the actual and factual contexts:

The Derivation of Corporate Culture chart that I created started from the 4 Components that were developed until there was improvement to the so-called Corporate Culture.

The 4 components are:

  1. Organization Heritage is the beginning of an equation of tradition, beliefs, parental teachings, the environment that developed into Core Values
  2. People / Management that starts from an individual or group of people who have the desire to advance and prosper, share prosperity to the surrounding situation by bonding mix ideas to do the real thing than just dreams as well as practice to be a qualified on Leadership character of each individual to lead each other and collaborate according to time, circumstances or situations, and challenges ahead
  3. Vision & Mission is a continuation of the dream to be built by illustrating the mind for same goal purposes which has been created in order to be achieved within a certain period of time, in which will be undertaken so as to create the positive impact and result to train the ability to think strategy, making strategic planning which are summarized in the Business Process
  4. Performance Management as a basic foundation to starts on a performance measurement, a measurement of financial effectiveness which will control the pace of the business that will be undertaken so that it can always survive / sustain because of the power of innovation, creativity, adaptability, agility so as to achieve the desired capital or according to Financial Target

Those 4 components obviously will formed to Fit or Right Corporate Culture

As I always kept in mind that “if you want to change then do it Right and Correct at first because initial movement or act is always the strong key to fulfilling self calling and even contagious to people around you”.

So that I can resume if the organization want to be SUCCESS & ENGAGED then build your Corporate Culture right and correct at first by assessing those 4 Components which are 1. Organization Heritage lead to develop the Core Values | 2. People / Management lead to develop great Leader | 3. Vision & Mission lead to develop the strategic Business Process | 4. Performance Management lead to develop the high result of Financial Capital

I hope the perspective develop my readers perspective to do something BIG and instill the sense of belonging toward the organization that you are working for or even better the business that you owned.

And there is no such success business without people and great people without the right and correct culture to runs the show to face Disruptive Era
