This time let’s treasure how HRBP taking a lead on the organization’s success, let start with picture below based on my working experienced:
As we can see that there are 6 factors drives the rapid growth of business on the organization from the picture at that time which are:
Globally growing business will need the fastest and accurate way in supporting Corporate concern through all affiliates / branches with all those symptoms.
Then how is HR see’s this matter? what sort of involvement that can create smooth business transformation?
At that time I came up with the idea of HRBP in year 2012 – 2013 to proposed, with the goal of the role as:
HR business partners are HR professionals who work closely with an organization’s senior leaders in order to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organization.
The process of alignment is known as HR business partnering and may involve the HR business partner sitting on the board of directors or working closely with the board of directors and C-suite.

Now we can measure how HRBP performance as well getting the sense of how vital is the Change Agent role to leverage organization to the next level of structuring business process, elevate way of organization communication, revitalized the importance of business growth towards each of every colleagues role, department role, division role.
